Description

An educational trip to Spain is a unique and unforgettable way to help your students acquire a greater respect and love for the language, and of course a greater interest in their studies for the future.

With our school trips to Spain, the student will learn firsthand, not only the language, but the history, culture and way of life of the country.

With the “Family Immersion” option, they will also be able to experience close-up how Spanish people live, their customs, their local foods, their habits, and their homes.Our host family network is made up of friendly people who are open to foreigners and eager to experience and share their life with visitors. They are affluent families, who are well-known and respected in their local community.

Program

Day 1 (Sunday)
Arrival at Barcelona–El Prat Airport and transfer to accommodation.

Day 2: (Monday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: Introduction to School, your Spanish friends and trainers will welcome you to participate, enjoy, play and learn with them through School Integration, start learning Spanish in its native surroundings and become proficient.
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Guided tour of Sagrada Familia, The Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família is a large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. Walking tour of one of the famous street of Barcelona Paseo de Graciam, enjoy sights like Palau Robert, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo. Also Visit Rambla de Catalunya | Plaça de Catalunya
Later group will enjoy together Tapas for Dinner! Back to accommodation.

Day 3: (Tuesday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: School Integration | Spanish Classes
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Guided tour of Montjuïc - The Montjuïc is a hill located near the center of Barcelona. It features a large number of attractions including the Spanish Village, the Magic Fountain and MNAC, one of the city's most important museums. Barcelona Olympic Museum and Stadium Tour - A visit offers a glimpse into sports history, as well as some great views of the city or Visit to Palau Sant Jordi. Walking tour of Montjuic Castle and Miro Museum. Back to accommodation.

Day 4: (Wednesday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: School Integration | Spanish Classes
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Walking tour of Parc de la Ciutadella - The Parc de la Ciutadella is Barcelona's most central park. The park includes a zoo, a lake, a large fountain and several museums. The Catalan Parliament is seated in a building at the center of the park. Visit - El Born: El Born is one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona. Situated in the old town, it’s full of small designer restaurants, boutique shops and hidden squares. Also visit church of Santa Maria del Mar or Picasso Museum | Barrio Gótico. Theretoward group will visit FC Barcelona - On November 29, 1899, Hans Gamper founded Futbol Club Barcelona, along with eleven other enthusiasts of football, a game that was still largely unknown in this part of the world. FC Barcelona has grown spectacularly in every area and has progressed into something much greater than a mere sports club, turning Barça’s ‘more than a club’ slogan into a reality. Back to accommodation.

Day 5: (Thursday)
07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: School Integration | Spanish Classes
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Visit Port Olímpic - A busy marina built for the Olympic sailing events, Port Olímpic is one of the most exciting leisure and touristic spots throughout Barcelona, with a wide offering of shops, clubs and restaurants. Also Visit Frente Marítimo | Centro Comercial Maremagnum. Walk across the bridge Moll de la Fusta and visit to the Museu Marítim de Barcelona to know the beautiful history of the boats. Later visit La Rambla, also visit the famous Market of La Boquería, Plaça Reia. Back to accommodation.

Day 6: (Friday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: School Integration | Spanish Classes
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Today enjoy sports with Host School’s students, indulge yourself in Football, Basketball or other activities. Later group will visit Park Güell - Park Güell, one of the major works of Gaudí in Barcelona. With split ceramics decorated winding bank above the peculiarly Roman temples copied by the market hall. Gaudí has created a fabulous forest with this park. Take a little quiet time to be enchanted by the Parc Güell. Back to accommodation.

Day 7: (Saturday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-20:00: Today group will enjoy the beaches of Barcelona. Later visit Las Ramblas: Las Ramblas is often the first landmark that most tourists identify with the city. It is the central most boulevard which cuts through the heart of the city centre and is a vibrant and lively promenade filled with Barcelona action at its best. Barrio Gótico de Barcelona | Passeig de Gràcia. Back to accommodation.

Day 8: (Sunday)

Family Day – Spend a day with your Host Family, interact, play, learn, understand, teach & exchange culture, tradition, education, food and make lifelong friendship.

Day 9: (Monday)

07:30 -08:30: Breakfast.
09:00-13:00: School Integration | Spanish Classes, farewell - time to say buy to your friends and teachers, hope you had a good time to learn and share culture, tradition and knowledge with fellow students.
13:00-14:30: Lunch Break.
14:30-20:00: Shopping time - Visit to Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre to buy souvenirs for family & friends back home.

Day 10:

Fight to home from Barcelona–El Prat Airport.

Itinerary is subject to change, due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.

Participant must hold a passport that is valid for no less than six months beyond the intended stay. It should contain two facing blank pages for any visa to be affixed to. A valid VISA is required. (Exact passport and Visa requirements vary depending on the country you are visiting and your nationality)
